Full Account Deletion: If you decide to bid farewell to Kohvideo, email us at info@kohvideo.com to request account deletion. Your videos, photos, and account details will be erased. 

Other Information about this Policy

Your California Privacy Rights

Under California law, a California resident with whom a Kohvideo Company has an established relationship has the right to request certain information with respect to the types of personal information the company has shared with third parties for their direct marketing purposes, if any, and the identities of those third parties, within the immediately preceding calendar year, subject to certain exceptions. All requests for such information must be in sent by email to info@kohvideo.com.

Additionally, California residents under 18 who are registered users of a website can request removal of content or information posted by the user on this Site by emailing us at info@kohvideo.com with “California Minor Content Removal Request” on the subject line and in the body of your message. Children

The Kohvideo Site is not intended for children under 18 years of age. The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act protects the online privacy of children under 13 years of age. California residents under 16 years of age may have additional rights regarding their information. We do not knowingly collect or maintain personally identifying information from anyone under the age of 16. If you are under 16, do not use or provide any information on the Website or through any of its features or provide any information about yourself to us, including your name, address, telephone number, email address, or any screen name or username you may use. If we learn we have collected or received personal information from a child under 13 without verification of parental consent, we will delete that information.
